Unitron Takes it Hearing Aid Offering a Step Further
Offering comfort combined with robust hearing technology, the new Stride B-UP Behind-The-Ear (BTE) and Stride B-PR form factors offer easy personalization and performance to support daily life.
FREMONT, CA: Hearing aid discomfort is a common complaint among people who wear hearing aids to help them hear better. With the new StrideTM BluBTEhearing aid by Unitron, a leading brand of the Sonova Group, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of hearing aids, this story is about to change.
Extending the Blu line of hearing devices, Unitron officially introduced its Stride Blu BTE hearing aids. With two new BTE form constituents on the Blu platform, Unitron remains to elevate how wearers experience their powerful and fast-paced world.
Offering comfort combined with robust hearing technology, the new Stride B-UP BTE and Stride B-PR form factors offer easy personalization and performance to support daily life. A smaller, sleeker design than its antecedent, the Stride B-UP features an easy-to-find multi-function button for smoother control and is Unitron’s first Ultra Power device to offer Made For All direct connectivity.
“Now more than ever before, hearing aid users are looking to take control over their hearing journey. Life changes quickly and hearing aids should never be an obstacle in experiencing the moments that matter the most to all of us,” states Unitron Product Manager Samson Berhane. “Stride Blu BTEs allow wearers to capitalize on the design that best fits their hearing needs and physical characteristics, while also benefiting from the ability to make the adjustments they need to live life to the fullest.”
The rechargeable Stride B-PR features tap control and enables a full day of listening on a single charge, allowing users to continue with their everyday activities without having to stop to recharge.Unitron presents new additions to their distance support product, remote adjust, which connects clients directly to their hearing care professionals (HCPs). Remote adjust now allows HCPs to alter directionality, feedback cancellation, speech enhancement, and noise reduction in addition to gain and compression adjustments. The wearers will have more flexibility whether they are at home or on the go.
“Everyone deserves to enjoy all hearing experiences. Unitron recognizes that to make this possible our technology and design has to fit seamlessly into their lives,” shares Berhane. “Products such as Stride Blu BTEs are an excellent example of our commitment to offering hearing aids that can offer a listening experience that is effortless and empowering.”
Blu hearing aids easily shift from one circumstance to the next by automatically adjusting sound across a wide range of sound experiences, including complicated and quiet surroundings. When the automatic features do not meet the wearer’s listening objectives, they can use the Remote Plus app to select convenient pre-set sound profiles and make adjustments at the moment to improve speech or listening comfort.
