"Our team specialises in conducting complex mixed-method and multi-country studies, capturing deep, nuanced insights into the lived experiences of patients and caregivers to drive better health outcomes,” states Sandeep Bagga, Research & Operations Lead.

Guiding clients through the complex landscape of patient representation at the health technology assessment (HTA) level, MediPaCe adopts a collaborative approach to ensure pricing discussions and reimbursement considerations reflect all relevant needs. This integration shapes research design and ensures alignment with regulatory and patient-centric requirements.

Notably, MediPaCe partnered with a MedTech company to assist in an HTA submission for a novel radiotherapy technique. It conducted a qualitative study, co-designed by a patient-led working group, to compare patient and caregiver experiences with the current standard of care. Validating findings through interviews, MediPaCe published the results in a peer-reviewed journal and presented the insights at an international conference, boosting confidence and fostering wider adoption of the client’s technology.
