This promise of efficiency extends even to the high-stakes world of aeromedical transport, where she managed complex daily logistics for Air Evac Lifeteam’s flight crews and valuable helicopter fleet, ensuring every operational detail enhanced safety and supported the lifesaving mission.

Recognizing that exceptional patient care is delivered by skilled and supported staff, Limberg has championed clinical education throughout her career. As System Manager for Clinical Education at SSM Health, she led the standardization and delivery of training for over 34,000 staff members, ensuring consistency and maximizing development. She managed curriculum creation, oversaw certifications and compliance and directed teams of educators. This commitment to developing clinical staff— from onboarding through continuing education—directly translates to enhanced skills, better performance and ultimately, improved care at the bedside.
