Qualcomm Life, a healthcare technology company and a business of Qualcomm Inc., announces collaboration with ResMed, – a medical equipment provider for sleep-disordered breathing and other respiratory disorders – King’s Daughters Medical Center and CareCentrix. The collaboration is aimed at developing next-generation health solutions that leverage Qualcomm Life’s transformational 2net and HealthyCircle platforms. The resultant health solutions are expected to yield continuous care, informed interventions and better management of at-risk populations.
The companies collaborating with Qualcomm life will now have access to its open and interoperable mHealth ecosystems of medical device, applications and service companies in the healthcare industry. Coordination of care team for transitional care and chronic care management is achieved through clinical context and exception-based management tools available with Qualcomm Life’s solutions.
