The Patient-Controlled Analgesia (PCA) pump is an infusion pump that enables patients to administer pain relief in a controlled volume.
FREMONT, CA: Numerous people have been able to benefit from pain-free syringes. The infusion pump is a medical instrument used to administer a controlled volume of fluid to the patient's body. The infusion pump is commonly referred to as the capacity pump. These pumps may either be used to administer medicines or nutrients such as insulin antibiotics to pain killers and drugs in smaller or more significant amounts.

Enteral Pump–This pump is employed to transfer nutrients and medicines to the patient's digestive tract.
PCA Pump–The Patient-Controlled Analgesia (PCA) pump is an infusion pump that enables patients to administer pain relief in a controlled volume.
Insulin Pump–This pump should be used daily to administer insulin to diabetes patients.
Infusion pumps can be electrically or mechanically driven, and various pumps can act in many ways:
Syringe Pump–The fluid in the syringe pump is deposited in the syringe tank, and a rotating piston regulates the flow.
Peristaltic Pump–The movement of fluid in this pump is carried out by a series of rollers on a flexible hose.
Smart Pump–This pump model is fitted with a range of safety warning functions, including risk-based user warnings.
Elastomeric Pump–Fluid flow is carried out by a stretchable balloon reservoir in this pump.
Multi-Channel Pump–This pump allows fluids to be delivered from several sources at multiple speeds.
